Description: |
The six-part Consumer Law Training is part of LSNJ’s basic substantive law training which is designed for inexperienced attorneys. The Consumer Law Series is designed for new advocates who need an introduction to basic concepts of consumer practice, but more experienced advocates who are switching their specialty or consumer law advocates who would like a refresher will also find this series helpful. New consumer advocates are strongly urged to attend the entire series, as each session builds on and intersects with topics introduced in earlier sessions. We also believe that those advocates advising or representing clients on foreclosure matters will benefit from the entire series. Limited printed materials will be distributed at the training. |
